a comfortable and relaxing stay
The atmosphere was very calming and pleasant. I appreciated the many cozy areas where I could enjoy tea in the afternoon and the informative host who offered valuable suggestions for our itinerary. Every morning featured a wonderful cooked breakfast alongside appealing continental options that elevated the dining experience.
The only aspect that could be improved is the addition of more modern amenities in the room.

We stayed in the Double Room with Terrace and it was super spacious and comfy. The king-size mattress felt amazing—plenty of space for both of us! The room was clean with no dust or anything yucky. WiFi gave us a little trouble that night, but it was fine the next morning. Overall, no complaints about the room, just the chilly air at night needed a space heater. Breakfast was simple but nice. The atmosphere felt cozy with the old-fashioned charm everywhere!

Loved the historic charm and spacious room! Breakfast was a treat with friendly chats at the dining table. And honestly, who doesn't enjoy lounging in a gorgeous garden?
But those mosquitoes felt like they were auditioning for a horror film! The WiFi was on a coffee break—what's a gal to do?

Charming old home with beautiful antiques, it offers a wonderful breakfast with American-inspired dishes in a cozy parlor. The warm hospitality of the family running the place made me feel at home. Located just a quick walk downhill, it provides easy access to local restaurants. However, the room could benefit from more modern amenities, and a cool shower on the first night was disappointing. Minor repairs are needed on the walls, but this did not detract significantly from my stay.
